With over a decade of therapeutic experience, I specialize in working with clients of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, codependency, communication issues, family/relationship conflict, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. My diverse background includes working in colleges, inpatient treatment hospitals, non-profit organizations, private practice, residential treatment settings, and substance abuse treatment centers. My goal is to establish a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental relationship to help clients heal, learn, evolve, and achieve personal goals using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
